Yanbu: Petrochemical
SITE SUPERINTENDENT (JUNE 2006 – OCTOBER 2007) for FLUOR ARABIA (YANBU, SAUDI ARABIA)
I participated in a multi-billion dollar Project for the Saudi public company of YANSAB, the construction of one of the largest petrochemical complexes in the world at the time. Fluor’s scope of work included the engineering, procurement, and construction of process plants and associated utilities and offsite facilities and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:
- Review and implement construction drawings
- Track approval and procurement of materials and equipment
- Oversee of project schedule and identify any critical issues
- Monitor quality on site
- Monitor safety and health on site
- Attend and run periodical meetings
