INNOVATORS CONSULTING ENGINEERS (October 2018 – April 2019)
I was the Project Director, heading a large team of engineers, supervisors, inspectors, surveyors, and administrators, working on behalf of the client, King Abdul Aziz University, to ensure successful delivery of constructibility, schedule, budget, specifications, quality, and safety on site, and tying new construction to existing campus, during construction of a large ($350 million US) housing project for their faculty. The company was responsible for supervising the construction and handover of the housing project – a 150-acre gated community with 780 independent villas, including over 10 miles of roads, over 25 miles of sidewalks and walking paths, comprehensive underground infrastructure networks (irrigation, chilled, storm, sanitary, potable, and firefighting water; power, lighting, fiberoptic), 3 mosques, 5 sports facilities, many playgrounds, hardscaping (sidewalks and gathering areas), and 12 acres of landscaping.
