ESTIMATOR, PROJECT CONTROLS ENGINEER, ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER, PROJECT MANAGER for AL-REDWAN HOLDING COMPANY (April 1986 – January 1991)

THE PROJECTS:

-       Three 30-bed hospitals, built simultaneously

-       Ten- and sixteen-floor hotels

-       Several small roadside resorts, built simultaneously (each one included a motel, restaurant, gas station, shops, a playground, and parking)

RESPONSIBILITIES VARIED BECAUSE OF THE DIVERSITY OF THE PROJECTS, BUT INCLUDED:

-       Monitor site progress; writing cash flow reports and time schedules

-       Manage site cost engineers

-       Coordinate activities between subcontractors, consultants, clients, and the company

-       Manage centralized procurement process
